This wine is an intense straw yellow, with a perlage of numerous, persistent fine-grained bubbles. The aromas are marked by a strong note of bread crust accompanied by an intense citrus and mineral sensation. On the palate, despite its pronounced freshness, it is full-bodied and well-rounded, with a decidedly sapid finale.

It goes well with ocean fish, especially shellfish or fairly structured pasta dishes. Consumption is recommended at a temperature of 8°C.

Grechetto and Pinot Nero grapes, vinification in steel fermentation vats with selected yeasts, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel, ageing with yeasts for 48 months.
