An intense, golden yellow colour that's naturally cloudy, with honey nuances. The head is white and persistent. The aroma of this beer is characterised by fresh, herbaceous notes of aromatic hops, and the flavour is rich in barley malt and caramel, balanced by the bitterness of the hops and the fruity hints. The finish is persistent and complex.
The brewer's tips
The Cotta 68 craft Strong Ale pairs well with matured cheese, cured and smoked meats, spicy and herbal dishes. The recommended serving temperature ranges from 8°C to 10°C.

Water, barley malt, fructose, hops, yeast. The natural sediment at the bottom of the bottle is typical of unfiltered beer and the high-fermentation method.
